In my last post, I talked about our early morning trip to the wildlife reserve. From the onset, our primary aim was to go and record the kingfishers that nest on the river bank. Sadly, we didn’t spot one, but we heard a male busying himself during his morning hunt. And as is inevitable in closely populated areas like Switzerland, the recording contains some man-made noise, such as church bells and distant traffic.
In order to preserve the original atmosphere, the recording below is completely untouched, and it can be downloaded in it’s original format (96 kHz, 24 bit).
